The catalogue consists of three sections: manuscripts, compositions, and other musical notations (study assignments). Additionally, a section is dedicated to lost manuscripts and compositions. Each composition is accompanied by complete bibliographic information and a musical excerpt – an incipit. The appendices include previous numbering systems of Čiurlionis’ musical works (comparative indexes), alphabetical indexes of titles, surnames, and place names.
