RULES FOR GRANTING ACCREDITATION TO MEDIA REPRESENTATIVES AND ONLINE CREATORS

1. Accreditation will be granted to professional media representatives after verification of their application.
2. Accreditation will be granted to individuals who meet the criteria set by the organiser.
3. Accreditation is personal, i.e. it is issued to the first name and surname indicated on the form. The name of the editorial office will also appear on the accreditation.
4. Accreditation is granted for the duration of the fair, within the limits of the media coverage.
5. Accreditation is valid for all days of the exhibition.
6. In order to be considered, an application for accreditation must contain truthful information in the form and consent to the processing of data by the Historia i Kultura Foundation for accreditation purposes.
7. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse accreditation without giving reasons.
8. Criteria for accreditation: valid press card or other document confirming the journalistic activity of the person.

1. Accreditation is granted to professionally active online creators after verification of the application.
2. Only individuals who meet the criteria specified by the organizer may apply for accreditation.
3. Accreditation is personal, i.e. issued to the name and surname provided in the application form. The creator’s account name will also be included.
4. Accreditation is granted for the duration of the Fair for media coverage purposes.
5. Accreditation is valid for all days of the Fair.
6. Entry to the Fair with accreditation is free of charge.
7. A condition for considering the application is providing truthful data in the form and consenting to its processing by the Historia i Kultura Foundation for accreditation purposes.
8. After receiving accreditation, creators are required to publish coverage of the event on their social media channels, tagging the organizer.
9. Registration of online creators is conducted only via the form available on the website. NOTE: it will not be possible to obtain accreditation on-site during the Fair.
10. The organizer reserves the right to refuse accreditation without providing a reason.
11. Accreditation does not entitle holders to skip autograph lines.

Accreditation Criteria:

1. Online creators:
   • at least 13 years old
   • create content related to the theme of the International Book Fair in Warsaw
   • have at least the following audience on one selected platform:
     • Facebook – 1,000 followers
     • Instagram – 2,000 followers
     • TikTok – 7,000 followers
     • YouTube – 1,000 subscribers
     • bloggers – at least 1 year of activity

Applications for online creators are accepted until May 9, 2026.

VOLUNTEER PARTICIPATION RULES

1. Volunteering at the International Book Fair in Warsaw is voluntary and requires prior verification of applications.
2. Applications are accepted only via the form available on the Organizer’s website.
3. The application deadline is May 2, 2026.
4. Submitting an application form does not guarantee acceptance into the volunteer program.
5. Information about acceptance or rejection will be sent by email within 7 days after the application deadline.
6. Volunteering does not allow skipping autograph lines.

VOLUNTEER ORGANIZATION

1. Volunteering takes place on May 28–31, 2026, during the International Book Fair in Warsaw, at PGE Narodowy (Al. Księcia J. Poniatowskiego 1).
2. Opening hours:
   • May 28: 10:00–18:00
   • May 29: 10:00–19:00
   • May 30: 10:00–19:00
   • May 31: 10:00–17:00
3. Volunteers must arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of their assigned shift.
4. Participation may cover one or more days, depending on availability declared in the application and agreed with the Organizer.

VOLUNTEER RESPONSIBILITIES

To the duties of volunteers will belong:

1. Staffing information points and assisting visitors.
2. Supporting author event stages, including technical support (e.g. providing water for speakers).
3. Supervising designated areas of the Fair.
4. Performing ongoing organizational tasks.

BENEFITS FOR VOLUNTEERS

1. The Organizer provides basic refreshments during duties, including sandwiches and drinks (water, coffee, tea).
2. After completing the volunteer work, participants receive a certificate of participation.
