We are happy to present the authors and the literary program of Norway – the Guest of Honour of the May Book Fair in Warsaw 2022. The motto of Norway’s appearance at the Fair – The dream we carry – comes from a poem by the Norwegian poet Olaf H. Hauge.

Everything that is best in Norwegian literature can be found in the Norwegian Pavilion, which will be located in front of the entrance to the Palace of Culture and Science (PKiN) and at the Norway Stand in the Marmurowa Hall of the Palace of Culture and Science.  The Fair will host as many as 50 various literary events with the participation of 30 authors of novels, poetry, biographies, reportages, crime novels, history books, comics, literature for children and teenagers, and illustrators.  It will be possible to buy books by Norwegian authors and get their autographs.  There will also be workshops, environmental and industry meetings.

The appearance of Norway as the Guest of Honor is organized by NORLA (Norwegian Literature Abroad) in close cooperation with the Embassy of the Kingdom of Norway in Warsaw.

On behalf of the organizers of the presentation and the host of the Fair – we would like to invite you to four days of meetings with contemporary Norwegian literature!

Będą też warsztaty, spotkania środowiskowe i branżowe.
